Ayyy head for Enforcer. You don't want Tesla because it'll fuck with your shielding whenever you're in a corner and you'll get funballed to death.
Engie wants Ayyy head also, but that's just for more missile spamming. After that you'd probably want Wicked Ring or Brilliant Behemoth.
Loader either wants Wicked Ring or Ayyy head. Infinite invulnerability is nothing to sneeze at.

Enforcer main here since the game got out on steam.
From time to time you will find yourself against a wall, even if it's just a moment. All it takes is a flying faggot exploding in the wall thanks to the Tesla and the funballs will instakill you.

I agree with everything, but just one thing: the Behemoth nullifies the default hitstun of the all the attacks. Doesn't change things that much most of the time tho.
By the way, I tend to pick the Permafrost on Enforcer because it adds even more to his abilities deterring the enemies, but I guess Alien Head is better.

Hooves are a good sent as first whites for every class, but even more so for Enforcer.
Then try to get your attack speed up. Syringes are the obvious option but people never gets the Warbanner: it's an item that's only good in Enforcer since he tends to be more stationary, and you only need one to make it work. Seriously, an early Warbanner can save you sometimes.
For the rest of the whites, Enforcer is nice in the sense a lot of shit works with him, so try to get variety over stacking the same 4-5 items: health items, knifes, the taser is great, glasses (for the predatory instincts), sticky bombs and gasoline are good too...
However, there's another white item that, like the Warbanner, people tend to dismiss as it works well only on Enforcer:
The Mortar: great damage, has just the perfect range for when you're in shield mode, and each stack adds +170% damage.
Now your first personal green should be a Feather, not a Heart. The Feather allows to tank against walls safely.
Up until you got about two feathers and a nice attacking speed you should never tank against a wall: this is because in case you're chocking, the feathers make it easy to get out of that spot and the attack-speed is so you can get your shield off fast enough and they don't kill you in the middle of the animation.
If you do plan to do a few tankings with your back against a wall, you should never take Icicles or Tesla Coil, because exploding flying enemies in the wall will instakill you; instead you should get one Chargefield Generator to get rid of those annoying flying foes before they get to you.
Anyway, tanking in walls becomes much harder after looping.

For reds, again Tesla is dangerous.
Scepter is good to save teammates, but pushes enemies too far and makes killing them slower, which is bad.
Alien Head, Shattering Justice and the Laser Turbine got good synergy on him.
Behemoth destroys groups with Enforcer, but again it also nullifies the default hitstun of your attacks (not the stun of your ulti, but that little one on your basic attacks), although by the time you get it you won't be worrying about that.
An interesting one is the Old Box, it can save you at times and doesn't push enemies as far as the Scepter, but it becomes lackluster in the mid game. For the early and late game is good tho.
Permafrost is a personal favorite, it adds a lot to the shield's game.
A lot of people like to get the Photon Jetpack with Enforcer and I understand why, but I never pick it.
Remember, until you get attack speed and one or two feathers, only tank against jump-pads or ledges.
Also, not all the walls are the same. In the Hive Cluster the funballs seem to explode one or two "pixels" before the wall, so almost no bomb will touch you (although Parents are too dangerous if you are against a wall).
In Sunken Tomb however they seem to explode a bit behind the wall, which makes it a suicide. On the other hand that map has one of the best spots of the game to put the shield in a ledge (close to the three ropes in the water; allows an easy and controllable escape).
The shield takes a few frames to put on, so careful with that; I've had Great Wisps spit me dead after I activated it.
And don't use the shield too much, but only when you need it: the most important when playing Enforcer is learn to correctly judge when to put on the shield and when not.

She doesn't benefit much from an alien head since her cooldown are already low, and the ring is only useful when you have enough glasses.
