The game is pretty fun, the characters have interesting abilities and the matches can get pretty tense. That said though, the matchmaking can take some minutes to biuld the teams, and needs to be changed because it doesnt pair players equally based on level right now. But I thinks the devs have said they are working on it.
Worth the 34 bucks I paid for it.

So which is it? Anyway, I'd be interested in this game if it wasn't just the shitty MNC mode. I played it for a bit during the tech beta in October and it was pretty fun mechanically, but I'm tired of variants of Dota. If I wanted to play Dota in a different perspective, I'd play Smite. Once they add KotH and CP, I might look into it again, but it also would need to be half price.

CP already exists in the game as well as 2 MOBA like modes. They all feel deathmatchy, especially the straight up MOBA mode with required A LOT of killing to be able to push, since it's just 1 lane.
Objectives scattered around the map also add another level on top of the helix tree in terms of mechanics.

Pretty fun game. It's a shame the game is getting overshadowed by Overwatch since the games are really nothing alike and both have good and bad things about them.
I think the people who dislike Battleborn went in expecting a TF2 style of shooter, but left disappointed that it is more like a traditional MOBA. As a fan of MOBA's, I like Battleborn and I'll be playing both Battleborn and Overwatch. Why limit myself to just one game when I can have fun with several?
