I just wish they would focus more on good ol' conspiracies over the augs vs non-augs thing.
HR's main conspiracy wasn't even that interesting, I've played through the game like two or three times but I still can't really recall what it was about other than Adam's genes being used and some death fake outs.

Adam didn't need to take the medicine that was keeping augs in check.
So they wanted to make new augs which used the mutations in adams genes to greatly phase out use of the drug.
But it turned out there was no shortage of the drug in the first place, it was just that they were trying to keep the population of insane mecha super god men down.
