The gameplay is a bit wonky at first, but If you liked Vampires then this shouldn't bother you. Also theres DX11 patches for the first 2 games that make them look quite nice.

I liked it a lot. Some people complain about the combat, but in these kinds of games combat isn't the main focus. I do agree that the pistol is OP though. The combat still isn't bad, though.

if you like deus ex, go play system shock 2. I did it with a fan patch before the graphics update and after I played deus ex. ss2 felt pretty much like the father of deus ex to me.

It plays mostly like mass effect 1. Your choices actually change how the game plays out.
It is pretty fun, though buggy as shit because obsidian. No unofficial patches for it either.
I recommend looking up ini file tweaks for it, otherwise animations play way too fast.
