This is one of the few bosses in these games I can understand people pissing and moaning about, but only because I made like 40 attempts on him with an undergemmed level 40 something arcane character. Getting hit once usually meant getting tagged by the follow up which would kill me. He's a lot more reasonable when you're at a normal level and have decent gems.

I beat him last night. Took a few tries. He gives you so many openings and a shitload of his attacks arc like 10 feet around him. Be just as aggressive as he is and you'll get tons of hits in.
