If you stripe Geralt of his powers then he will lose, since what makes Geralt so good are his powers.
Boss can easily defeat anything that isn't ridiculously overpowered in hand to hand combat, which Geralt isn't.

The Boss pod stomps on him in Peace Walker if you stand underneath it. He'll hold it above his head and you'll have to button mash. He then overhead presses it and knocks it down. It's not in a cutscene as far as I know, but it happens in-game, so it's "canon."

I love witcher, but Geralt knows barely any cqc techniques other than punch/block/dodge/repeat.
Boss is highly trained in hand to hand combat, Geralts main strength are his swords, signs and witcher brews.
