my favourite bar-none is the berenike merchant in sen's fortress. his demeanour, personality, voice acting armor everything about him fits perfectly. he's so minor and you literally see him once but i love him.
also, in demon's souls, the spell merchant before you find sage freke. he's such an asshole, i love it. he thinks he's so good but he's nowhere near freke, who actually turns out to be a nice guy. "better than you bothering sage freke" what a pretentious suckup, but it's done so well.
i also love all the crestfallen knights.
and maiden in black > all. but that one's not really an opinion, it's objectively true.
