Because this game is an unbalanced mess without and real rank mode you just have to pick instant the OP heroes of the path and you will eventually start winning more games.
If you actually think I'm wrong just look at the match history of everyone that's been climbing MMR.

You won't.
You'll have to accept that you will lose sometimes. You will then need to move on and try to win. When you lose, you'll feel like shit.
But that'll be okay, because you'll win sometimes and feel good.
You can't win all the time, because that means you're not being challenged. Only when you're challenged, and you learn and grow from that challenge, will you ever truly get better.

I've played DotA since DotA 1 and I can honestly say this latest patch made me want to stop playing. Every hero just feels like one big meme and the focus on strategy has decreased dramatically.
I quit playing just before the latest patch dropped. And I think it was a good thing, because it kept me from playing other vidya and I became a tryhard faggot in the meantime.
dota is fun. I mostly ever play unranked pubs because I get super stressed out in ranked matches. Even after 1k hours played I still do this and I enjoy it more this way. Of course, winning doesn't feel as satisfying but on the other hand it also makes losing less bad; and we all know how crushing defeats in dota can be, which is why I prefer playing like this.
