I really REALLY used to love them i grew up with NES and SNES and N64's i never owned them just borrowed and plays friends and i really did love them
to see what they became with the Wii and Wii U makes me so sad because its exactly how Sega died and even though i was really young at the time i still remember it.
Oh well at least ill eventually get some fun mobile games on my phone and some good PC ports.
In 20 years of gaming ive never seen a console fall so hard and fast as the Wii U.
ive literally never even played or seen one demo'd or anything at least they will be rare i suppose so collectors might like them.

Midna is overrated. She was a decent character for that one game. But even then, she wasn't as good as she could be. Her character arc was flat, her mechanics barely added anything to the game, and her presence was largely unneeded as she didn't offer anything more than what a random fairy could.

I'm not going to argue Midna is better than Navi of Fi. Clearly she is by a large margin. But I'm arguing that she's overrated. When you insinuate that she's so great of a character, that she should return for future games, then you are overrating her.

But yes, Mida is more comparable to Tatl. Who, in my opinion is the better character overall. Much clearly character arc. Isn't forced in as the focal character, but still gets a lot of good lines. Much more emotional goodbye, that isn't forced with a cheesy tear breaking glass.
Tatl makes a much stronger impression in the end as a glowing orb, than Midna does with her hips, and Disney-eyes pandering.

Oh. Well in that case, don't let my opinion of Tatl make your expectation of her too high. I wouldn't want you coming back thinking she's overrated. Personally, I think she's the better character, but it's understandable if you do not.
I don't think she's so great that I get mad at Nintendo for closing off Termina or anything like that. Tatl is a decent character for that one game, and that's it.
She is essentially a snarkier version of Navi. But she has enough personality to stand as her own character, and she grows over the course of the game. Even warming up to Link.
