finished the game last night after 12 hours on hard difficulty.
this will be spoiler free:
Graphics and animations are fantastic
story is kinda meh.
2nd half of the game has barely any change in scenery.
grappling hook and improved stealth are great additions, TOO BAD that there is barely any shooting.
like holy fucking shit it's 60% climbing 30% cutscenes and 10% actual combat.
this game is basically "Watch nathan climb these beautfiul environments"
the pirate setting is the least interesting yet. and the setpieces don't feel nearly as memorable as the ones in 2 and 3, except for madagascar maybe, wich was awesome.
i feel like U4 is 1 step forward 2 steps back, i actually enjoyed the previous entrys but at least those had a ton of combat along with the climbing and cutscenes.
also a lot of the more open areas don't really add a lot.
puzzles are alright.
Elena is top tier wife.

the whole vehicles thing was just added to pad the game out in the boat sequences and jeep sequences with puzzles.
i mean come on the only times it gets used well is the madagascar chase and the intro where you steer towards the island.
also jumping into multiplayer i think they have done the right thing going 30/1080 in SP while having 60/900 in multiplayer.
MP feels smooth as fuck but looks kinda meh.
