I thought this was hard? I'm not trying to brag. I just want to know if the game gets hard. I heard that Gascoigne was a major roadblock for a lot of people and I've heard that Blood Starved Beast is the hardest boss in the game multiple times. They were extremely simple even though I fucked up all my visceral attempts. The nigger shooting me with the gatling gun whipped my ass 10x worse than Gascoigne did. What gives?
Thoroughly enjoying the game so far though. It's speed is exciting as hell after spending 60 hours on DeS3 in the past few weeks.

KInd of? Gascoigne is considered difficult for early on in the game, BSB isn't too bad. I felt a lot of the difficulty in the game wasn't the bosses as much as it was just the normal enemies. Though some bosses are certainly very difficult, and I've only started playing the dlc which certainly seems difficult.

I had that same experience when I made the jump from BB to DS3, got toggled for a large part of the first part of the game before I learned what type of game it was in comparison to BB. Liked it a lot though, trying to do a lot of the stuff I missed in my NG+, as there's just a massive amount of shit I missed in DS3 compared to BB, no comparison really.

I had the same I completely wrecked Gascoigne since he can be easily staggered so you can visceral his ass. I raped him so fast that he only turned into a werewolf at like 10% of his HP. Didn't have any problems with BSB either but I decided to give Vicar Amelia a go and that bitch has so much HP and I can't seem to stagger her. If you are just at bsb, keep going at story and do zero, ZERO optional content if you are looking for hard bosses until you get the key for upper cathedral ward. It will be after you beat Rom and move to the next area.
Go to upper cathedral asap. Do not stop when you meet the first boss, CE is a joke. Go into the next room through the window and down the lift.
You are now able to engage the hardest boss in the game dlc included. If you beat ebrietas easily, don't continue the game or purchase dlc. It will not improve.
t. First tried six bosses in a row and took zero damage on half of them with BB as my first souls game
I usually get stuck on father but BSB never took me more than a couple tries. Hardest boss is chalice amygdala or dlc which I haven't played

it just depends on how you're playing, what weapon you're using and what kind of game you prefer.
I consider dark souls 1 a lot harder too, but that's just because the combat in bloodborne feels so right to me.
