I see this prattled out often but pretty much all of Me3 felt awful, it just lacked polish everywhere, all of the game felt rushed not just the ending. Part of it was visual, since 3 somehow looked far worse than 2 did (already not a visually impressive game) and was full of bugs with animation.
The customization was a better medium between 1's endless inconsequential choices and 2's complete lack though. I hope that system is at least preserved in Andromeda.
