I think it'd be alot more enjoyable playing with my friends, buts it's not my money so it's your decision to make. I personally think the PC version because of the potential for better graphics and that the game is more fast paced because of keyboard and mouse controls.

I'm actually having a similar problem. I can barely run it on my PC, only getting 30 fps on low settings and 43 percent render scale. I'll have friends to play with on either console or PC just not sure if I should just get the PS4 version since it looks ten times better than on my PC.
