I love FNV because I never have to use tha tgames shit combat, I can just talk my way out of every encounter. Lonesome road is hard to judge like the rest of the game. With each dlc they were apparently trying to bring about parts of the game that weren't really seen or used in the main game. I remember something about the limbs system and stealth for dead money, honest hearts was exploration and crafting, old world blues was definitely science and intelligence and I think that they basically wanted lonesome road to make use of the fps mechanics that not a lot of people used much in the main game. I really liked 3 and vegas so I gave 1 an honest try and got to the second act with the supermutants and got bored and stop. A few years later I tried 2 and liked it enough to beat it though I didn't have any other games at the time so I feel that helped.

They are shit at pretty much every single significant element there is into making a good game, but they make worlds that are fun to fuck around in. Too bad that gets boring after about 4 hours with absolutely nothing meaningful going on behind it.
If anything, I hate them more for this than if they were just shit at everything; if they just gave half a shit about what they were doing they could make something amazing, but they never fucking do.
