dragons are some of the thoughest opponents in bg. wait until you're sufficent level before you approach them. you can move through this dragon without fighting him btw.

Use good spells, dumbass way:
Lower resistance/pierce , ANYTHING to deal damage with magic.
Even at your level, some spells bypass some resistances(saving throw against death is 3). Your party should also be capable of more buffs. Negative protection and alignment protection can help
True micro management way:
Spread out characters and summon more, less hits from Buffet and Shadow breath. Elementals can be buffed. Shit liek Plague/insects etc can interrupt spells cast by the dragon

As far as avoiding wing buffet, it only hits people in front of him so if you surround him it will minimise its effect.
