It's an aimbot that doesn't aim for the head or prioritize targets based on health, meaning it's only good at killing ridiculously agile characters when you're in a bind. Otherwise you're legitimately better off not using his ult, and landing head shot after headshot with one of the most accurate weapons in the game. The fast reload speed makes it good for flanking, but it really does not provide that many benefits of your a decently skilled player.
