Overwatch has 6-7 times more people playing the beta than people who purchased Battleborn.
What separates Overwatch from Battleborn is that Overwatch has lots of really sexy hot playable characters while Battleborn has mostly ugly characters. Overwatch won before it was even out because it has hot girls. Sex sells, catering to sjw doesn't.
