Dawn of War 2 got an update after MONTHS, just for a Necron Overlord in "Last Stand"
The description of Dawn of War 3 literally says "supremacy must ultimately be suspended for survival".
If anything it's pretty fucking clear that Necrons will most def appear in the new Dawn of War.
