325gflops on the GPU won't ever happen as it's a VLIW design and there is no way a decent game can sacrifice a whole CPU core or two (of that shitty CPU) needed to run the compiler to feed a vliw gpu.
Keep in mind WiiU is really only '2' core as the third core is also constantly keeping the AMD GPU fed (which is also a VLIW design) however it does have smt and a pretty nice pipeline compared to the A15.
If we were talking about even the A53 this would be different, but the A15 is shit even compared PPC750.
