the gunning sections should make it so you actually use all of your skills to take down the enemies. Swinging areas and much faster pacing would be a good start.

I just finished it and i had a good time with it. I liked how vertical some of the levels are, when you can swing around shooting and beating up people. Story was alright i guess, it feels more or less grown up than the other ones and i actually like the slower pace. The villains where a little bit lackluster and was i the only one who expected for the last 4 chapters that something weird happens?

I kinda think you didn't play it but watched a video of it. On moderate difficulty I have not seen a single button prompt during meelee combat. They actually did what you want them to do and designed a combat system that's not based on dodging but attacking and countering choke-holds.
Your buddies actually tackle enemies, hold them up for you, get kills and come help you when you're suppressed or being held up. Dunno what you're on about there.

Max Payne 3 had a fuck ton of cutscenes, but it is liked here. Stuff like the walking dead has mad conversations about it when it has no gameplay and it is liked here also. Uncharted has less cutscenes than Max Payne 3 and more gameplay than Walking Dead. So....why is it hated here? It is because regardeless of quality, the other two games can be played on PC. PC people want everything even though they do not buy shit. They continue to hate on shit they cannot have, so they will try to discredit Uncharted in every way possible.
