All the characters are designed to have direct hard counters, if one is doing too well it means some fucknuckle on your team needs to pick their hard counter.
No character is overly stronger than the next, some are just easier to play.

Should be in B tier, since he's omnipotent in terms of placement. He's never bad unless you suck at aiming, and even then you can pull off some sick bounce-the-nade-off-fof-Mei's-butt-bank shots for kills.
