Despite those flaws it was a pretty enjoyable game and as you pointed out, damned good looking at times.
Fuck Mad Max was such wasted potential, fun as fuck driving, simply incredible world building....but then dull as fuck and repetitive gameplay and the most ho-hum campaign progression imaginable.
NYC team sucks ass, too many engine/rendering gimmicks that doesn't actually improve visuals but cost power, AA is crap, ocean only reflects direct sunlight

The world in jc2 was kinda empty if you think about it, BUT somehow it felt a hundred times more pleasant and interesting to explore. Was full of little secrets, easter eggs and cool biomes. Man, high mile club was awesome. In jc3, all we got was a static fortress with drones
