As for final upgrades, more damage is not useful, greater penetration on Punisher could be but it's again the wrong weapon type for crowds (and retarded if you're lining shit up, if you're doing that pull out the rifle and do real damage to the conga line)
The 5x crit chance is easily the most useful final upgrade. You aren't using the weapon for damage, there's better options for penetration and crowd control.
