Here's how you acquire the triforce in Ocarina of Time. NOTE: you must do this in the 1.0 version of the game.
Step 1.
>Advance all the way to the second fight with Ganon
>When he knocks the sword out of your hand, save and quit immediately
>This removes your sword and is required for the sequence to initiate
Step 2.
>At this point, you should have 100% the game which means all items, gear, mask, and gold skullitas
>Go to Lake Hylia and follow the perimeter wall until you find a gossip stone
>Use your bow and shoot it three times, then speak to it, this triggers the next sequence
Step 3.
>A poe will now appear on the third night cycled from when you performed step 2
>Head back to the Temple of Time and return to your child for
>Head outside of Hyrule Market at the draw gate and wait until night
>The draw bridge will raise at night so stand on the chain to be lifted up to the wall with it
>This is crucial, at exactly 33 seconds from the wolf howl, play Zelda's Lullaby in front of the Triforce Marking above the draw bridge
Step 4.
>With the final step complete, head back into the future and proceed to the water temple
>Go to the room where you fought dark Link
>From the moment you enter the room, face the door and back flip four times
>Now side-hop three times to the right
>Equip your hook shot and aim directly above you
>Shoot and you will latch onto an invisible ledge
>Equip your hover boots and bow
>This sequence is randomized, so use your bow to shoot the invisible platforms and walk to them
>Once you reach the invisible wall above the dead tree in the center of the room, find the invisible door and enter it
>You will enter a very long wallway
>Proceed through it for about three minutes
>Once you reach the end, use din fire to light the invisible torches
>This will reveal a door
>Enter it and claim the triforce on the pedestal
>This gives you god-mode and you run five times faster than normal
>Reequip your sword and you will now fire magic whenever you swing your sword
>Effects are lost upon quitting the game

After you get cut on the SS anne have all your pokemon faint. You will be back at the pokecenter and the SS anne will still be there. Go through the game until you get Strength then use it on the truck.
