You didn't play hard then, Bosses in default were harder. But the random encounters in second fucked you in the ass. Faster + AOE one shot.
Second was weaker though, to much focus on the main 4 and not enough about the secondaries, last chapter has nothing to do with the main characters, making it all feel like a waste. Side stories were weak as fuck and most felt like a chore due to the almost all the characters showing up for pretty much 3 lines.
Gameplay wise, besides the re-used assets being used almost every where it was good. Honestly should have had more new shit though, nearly 75% of the game is the same as default.
