I love World War 1 games, but a Quick Question: Is this an alternate timeline of history? It looks fairly modern (airship and coat) or more like a steampunk version of history.

I don't know if it's meant to be an alternate timeline so much as an exaggeration. I expect everything will remain faithful to 1910's technology but the ways in which that technology is used will probably be stretched to accommodate an 'epic' story.
