I don't get how people can have such a jilted idea of OW's meta.
Lucio has the AoE speed-boost and AoE heal. Both are meager but noticable. Pump up the volume buffs this effect greatly. His Ult temprarily gives everyone crazy armor. He's good but won't be able to help his team get through a crazt push by the enemies. His mobility and offense are great too.
Mercy has no AoE heals but superb single target heals. The damage boost is a fantastic tool too. Her ult shits all over Lucios, as rezing your entire team is insane. Her ult alone makes up for whatever discrepancies she has with Lucio.

Stand by team. know when to juggle speed boost and heals. Speed when there's only 1-2 enemies, heal when there's more enemies or you notice people starting to take damage.
pumped up speed when your team is leaving spawn or chasing an enemy, pumped up health when enemy team is pushing.
Ult when there's a big team fight.
Sound blast enemies back into your team, or away from you.
Switch to speed boost to better dodge enemies your fighting solo.
Don't get cocky and stick with you team.
Probs my favorite character besides Mei, after playing around 60 hours.

Soldier needs some small buffs to be a great hero. As it stands, his ult seems to be one of his worst abilities.

Not sure what retards they put in charge of this games engine. I can fire up vanilla WoW versions 1.0 from 2004 and play at 16:9, 16:10, 21:9, 4:3, 5:4 and whatever else just fine but Overwatch requires manual aspect ratio toggle and only works in 16:9 and 16:10

On Defense she's a fucking beast. Just fill the starting area with sentries (right out of the enemy's spawn point), rake in points. Once they're destroyed put them down cleverly, rake in points. Pop a teleporter (by doing this it takes something like a minute to charge up) somewhere good so the enemy won't find
---> unless your team is completely braindead you cannot lose.
Also spam the slow moving orbs like a madman, nothing scares the shit out of people like those things. Even better when some idiot Reinhardt tries to tank them with his barrier and finds out that they don't do shit and still deal damage.
Symmetra is the only character where I feel really good meeting and subsequently hunting down Genji, that fucker can't do anything against my beam of death.

Widowmaker needs a hard nerf. Right now she's way too fucking strong.
A 100% body shot will down 150hp characters like Zenyatta and bring 200hp characters to critical. Even 250hp characters can just get double tapped after a 100% body shot. Symmetra is only good on certain maps and even then, only against shit teams. Basically any point where there's only one main area the attackers can filter through she'll be good since she can spam her 7 turrets there.
If a map has multiple points of traversal and is in a big open space, you can only hope to get one kill off a straggler before he tells his team where your turrets are and everyone just avoids them.
Right now there's just no good reason to pick her outside of like the very beginning of some maps.

As a Zenyatta main, Widowmaker is quite obviously my nemesis. I can't even get a proper eye on her to discord orb at her, because the very moment I poke out, she's got her scope on me and I'm dead. I have to wait for my teammates to clear her out before I can do anything.
Like, for real, even for a fraction of a second, my arm or whatever out past the wall, poof, there goes Zenyatta. Of course, with human error, I can catch Widowmaker off guard - but if they're constantly on point and looking for me, well, I'm fucked with no chance to work around her.
In terms of map design, it's hard to navigate around without getting sniped through a crack by her, too.

Junkrat is not anywhere close to broken. If his bombs blew up on contact with objects he would be broken. However, Junkrat's bombs and his concussion mine need to be right under or on the opponent. I will agree his ultimate is stupid, and his martyrdom is rather annoying. Though, if you think Junkrat is OP because a random shot over walls killed you, why don't you complain about luck in general? If Hanzo shoots random arrows into a fight on a point and he gets a headshot, is Hanzo broken because you can get kills without proper aiming?
If you want to talk about broken, talk about Widowmaker. Her crosshairs are way too large, she is 100% accurate while jumping. Not bolt action. Charge time is too quick. She basically has an AWP.
