Nah, best combonation is Fast Motion, bullet time (super slo-mo only when aiming) and anti-gravity. Plus the silliest filter you can find.
That way everything is super sped-up, including all the shit that flying around due to gravity cheat, but you can make it all slow to a crawl by holding L2.
