I know people often switch to Genji specifically to counter Bastions, but I actually use 76. A one-two punch with the rockets and rifle kills Bastion really quickly. If you're quick on the draw you can even kill him before he kills you, in an open face off.

You're only going to get kills at short range, and even then her weapons don't measure up to Reaper's. But even at long range you can still open up on characters and they'll more than likely seek refuge just reflexively, especially if it's someone made of paper like Zenyatta, Tracer or Widowmaker.
Also, realize that a decent D. Va can be almost as slippery and good at harassment as Tracer. You can be in and out easily with the boosters, and enemies will often decide they have bigger fish to fry after they take out your mech.

He's good if your team is low on damage and needs something to shore up on that front, but you need either good players to protect you or friends so that you can call focuses on what's gettin' orbed at the moment. He was good before the nerf. Before, you could just leave an orb on an ally/enemy and it will stay there forever until they died/you switched targets. Now, you must have to have sight of the ally/enemy, or else it returns to you in 3 seconds. If they wanted to keep this nerf, just put it on the discord ult. You can't always keep sight on a Reaper who teleports everywhere.

Turrets or Bastions? Shield yourself and your team from oncoming fire, and close the gap with the boosters. Quickest way to take them out. You can do both abilities at the same time, just so you know
