There's only one required sex scenewhen you get raped at the start and knocked unconscious by the edgemaster you can take revenge on laterbut other than that it's all completely optional. 1. Human Rouge/Ranger dual wielding rapier and a dagger. Also high charisma and party leader
2. Human Priest of Obad-Hai vielding staffs
3. Elven monk, my party tank, she has 19 AC with no equipment. Most of the time it is 23 because mage armour.
4. Elven fighter that is solely focused on longbows. Can't wait for those high crits and 6 shots per round with a heavly enchanted bow.
5. Human LE edgelord necromancer, just because i love high chance of killing with death spells
6. Dwarven fighter/barbarian wielding great hammers. Party hard hitter based on a character that my friend played in one of our tabletop campaigns. Actually all these characters are insipired by our tabletop ones.

But then as you go through the conflicts it turns out that her fears were mostly unjustified, and those faggots were simply traitors.
So you finally have your victory and almost everything is great.
So you fuck.
And then Elminster pops up to pat you on the back for being a great guy and congratulates you, and says shit that clears even the remaining problems, enjoy your happy end.

One has a clear story arc, albeit very low key, that connects all of the participants, has a beginning, a middle, and an end, and makes sense all the way through. It actually makes more sense if we keep it completely divorced from the main quest once the tutorial is over, but you get the point. And it develops the personal story of the protagonist along the way.
Meanwhile the main quest is all over the place, the quality keeps fluctuating, and it feels like it has no fucking idea where it is going anyway. It barely has anything to do with the Bhaalspawn story, it barely has anything to do with anything really, it's a fucking mess. You are never really given a reason to care about this shit going on around you, and just keeps going on and on until it just abruptly ends. What the fucking hell.
