Molten Core gives Torjborn 300 armor so tank levels of survivability. Attack speed goes way up as well.

Which Roadhog does better and has the bonus of actually dealing damage to kill people and hit damn near everything in front of him at a decent range. Hard to concetrate fire on him when he's knocking your ass all over kingdom come. Winstons ult is garbage. It even has the kicker of feeding ult % to the enemy team because you are a giant HP sack that is only threatening at close range. That extra 400 HP for them to chew through adds up.

Too much to list, from the map design to how dumbed down all heroes are, the horrid VA & script, ults screwing over the entire game (they only detract when almost all of them are designed as some CoD killstreak you can get even if you don't actually get a killstreak), terrible balance (just look at symmetra where her teleporter is a charged ult, her shield gives a puny 25, etc) and the list just keeps going on and on.
Also team games where teamwork is important, especially ones aimed at a more casual audience, is a recipe for disaster. You will have people doing the dumbest fucking shit turning almost all matches into frustrating shitfests for any person with a brain.

I think the issue here lies in that Genjis ult is "balanced" in that it has clear drawbacks that the player needs to work around in order to even use the damn thing, while other cast member ultimates are completely busted in comparison. On the other hand you have characters like Junkrat who can pilot instakill bombs from complete safety from anywhere on the map. Sure you can just shoot the tire, but Junkrat doesn't actually lose anything from you doing that where as you can just shoot the Genji dead.
