Do you really think that they'd announce PC version in event meant for Japanese audiences? Think about all the Japanese games that have gotten a PC release over here. Valkyria Chronicles, Way of the Samurai, Final Fantasy XIII... They are not available for PC in Japan, as consoles and smartphones rule the gaming over there.
If anything, it'd be announced at event meant for Western audiences, such as E3.
Still, I doubt it'll happen. For all the companies that have expressed interested in PC releases, Atlus is not among them, and I doubt they'd start with their flagship release.
