serious question, i am a former 1.6 semi-pro player and play csgo from time to time, i am global and i have no issue competing. in any fps i play i am far above average, likely because i grinded 1.6 and 1.5 for endless hours when younger. this game however i feel like im pretty average unless i play a boring class like 76. i only have fun when being the best so this is an issue for me. does games like this (tf2ish?) just have an entirely different kind of skill than more traditional fps? i also played on the #1 ranked bf team in the world etc, i am far from a shit fps player, just dont get why i cant stomp the shit out of everyone in this unless i play widowmaker/76.

does kind of feel that way. i dont think this game will be a game for me in the long run, it feels a bit silly waiting for an ultimate to then just teamwipe the enemy because many ults are simply stupidstrong. i prefer games where raw aim factor in more i guess, together with gamesense and movement. the movement in this game is a bit meh with most characters, the gamesense element feels like it will factor in to having correct positioning and composition to wipe the enemy when appropriate, but overall feels a bit meh. will casually play this while im upset it isnt different i guess.
