She's very weak, your best method of beating her is to just not fall for her bullshit. She's just trying to distract you and make you chase her and whatever else keeps you from getting to the objective. Avoid her attacks and just keep going to your goal.

I change characters several times during a match as the flow changes or at least try to change the flow.
Several times I've switched to a healer class and started to turn the tide of the battle.

I have a feeling the actual reason is that play of the game is based on how many kills and how quick the kills are. The only things that kill faster than bastion's turret mode are mccree's ult and maybe hanzo's ult.
