People hate fast games. Old arena shooters are dead. Games like Neotokyo and Strike Vector die out after 2 days from frustrated players. Fast competitive games are too frustrating. Someone more skilled in a normal match can easily die to an I win button. I honestly have to admit the game is fun. Take this as a personal viewpoint of mine since i hated CS and never got into TF2 at all.
The fact all characters are so different and fit different situation makes it fun. Though there are some characters i hate so much. Looking at you Bastion and Zarya. Also, some heroes need little changes in my opinion. Mercy needs weapon that allows her heal too. Staff with healing and dmg boost is not worth of time since you can have aoe heal king Lucio who can shoot too. Meis primary dmg or how fast it freezes needs buff too. Bastion needs nerf. Still.

It's fun. But it has no depth whatsoever and movement speed is painfully slow. I feel like I figured out all the characters within five minutes.
Anyway, 40€ for 10 maps is fucking bullshit. Waiting a year or two until the game has some actual content and hopefully more depth.

As a person who's not hardcore into multiplayer shooters, I find it a lot of fun.
I don't know why so many people are pissed that Overwatch has a lower skill ceiling. There's plenty of hardcore-in depth competitive shooters for you to play. Not everyone wants that.
Overwatch is a fun game to chill with, the matches go by fast so you don't get too frustrated if you're playing against a team that's far better and the mechanics are simple, yet engaging enough.

YES! This is just a superior game, today while I was thinking about it being a TUF2 evolution, that Blizzard has just created the most complete mmo game types, ARPG, MMO, FPS, TBS.

She can't tank and her damage comes from a shield that no one will ever shoot. If someone does end up shooting your shield about half the cast in the game can knock you away whilst the other half can insta kill you once you come out of it.

Most players activate their shield before taking damage, when you should wait until enemies shoot at you before activating. Also, you should use your support shield as often as possible. Zarya excels as a front line tank because you want to be getting shot at.

the game is a shitty shooter, it has very little depth in its movement and shooting mechanics. half the reason is the shitty ability and level design but the other half is just shitty core mechanics like way too slow movement speed, really low framerate on the server (21hz or something?).
