They dont even need to nerf his damage output they just need to change him back so he can't turn around in turret form. He originally only had 180 degree turning radius when he had his shield but now any character that can actually flank him just gets instantly torn apart when they get behind him.

if you limit his rotation, he will completely vanish from play at mid level and higher. Bastion with limited rotation gets fucked so easily by so many characters. The problem is that right now nobody knows the maps or characters well enough to change up and counter him. But when people get better, they will and Bastion in his current form will get a lot weaker relatively.

basically you heal people just by being near them, and your E ability doubles your healing or speed (depending on what you switch to with Shift) and everyone around you as well.
