Gravity Rush consists of mashing square to win while Uncharted 4 has some of the most refined and polished gameplay mechanics short of Max Payne 3. It's a masterclass in the genre, while Gravity Rush has a dull and empty world, repetitive, dumbed down combat, and a barebones uninteresting story.

Therefore the Conquered subsist by virtue of the illumination spread over From's games by the Conquerors, entirely dependent on it. Overtime they've let themselves forget this, fancying themselves old hands as they bring their borrowed knowledge and tactics to bear on each successive release.
And then here comes fucking Nioh, reminding the Conquered who they really are. And with little to no documentation in sight they hide behind shitposts so they can cling to that "gud" status they worked so hard to attain. Eventually they'll be back. Once the Conquerors have shown the way, that is.

It's nice just to drive around, people watch, notice the little things that an artist thought players would never notice, and marvel at how far technology has come. There's entire forums dedicated to roleplaying, car meetups, fashion, etc. and it's a technical marvel in every way, in addition to just being a fun, no-holds-barred game with a ton of gameplay variety in both well paced and tightly designed singleplayer missions, and hectic and bombastic online play.

I feel like most AAA games just feel soulless, like CoD and Destiny and Watchdogs and even the most recent R&C to an extent, but I always felt the complete opposite about R* games. They really put that attention to detail and go above and beyond with the little things that really add up that you wouldn't expect in a AAA game. Even Max Payne 3 which didn't have the open world to show this polish and attention to detail, showed it in the gameplay. The gore, the physics, the sounds of the weapons, the way enemies reacted to being shot, the enemy AI, the environmental destruction after a hectic gun battle, the intricately detail levels.
