They are generally the same high-quality experiences once fully and competently modded, sure, but it's the vanilla assets of Oblivion that take it over the top for me - its quests, story, and world are just so much bigger and better than Morrowind or Skyrim for me, and you can't fix inherent flaws like Skyrim's shitty quests with mods hard enough.
