I think zato is honest because of the insane amount of effort it takes to even only play him "decently". But yes he's incredibly broken on paper with dirty oki potential and high dmg and other things but there's very few people who can actually play the character to its full potential besides ogawa.

I'm Super Silver with Cammy right now and I know what you mean.
I don't know jack about frame data or frame traps. But from watching high level Cammy play I started to pick up allot of stuff. For a while I was peaking at 1200LP. I started to realize what I could do and I pushed myself to Ultra Bronze.
Started taking out Silver guys and afterv2 months made it to silver. Now I'm bouncing between 2800LP and 3200LP
I'm amazed but I know I'm still a filthy scrub. But I'm adapting. Fought a Japanese gold Zangief player recently l. He bodied me in 2 matches but once I downloaded him it was rap. I feel much stronger now.
