ie each explosive perk gives you 2 extra explosives, but some are far easier to use and are therefore useful in more situations than others and end up being just plain superior to the other options
same with double tap vs juggernaut vs stopping power, stopping power is always the best because the dps calculation doesnt take into account that the base ttk will always be equal to the shots to kill delay -1, and therefore firing more shots is always worse than firing less regardless of the base dps of the weapon
and the weapon balance is complete garbage due to the same raw math issue that ends up equating 20 rounds per mag to a fire rate roughly 20 rpm higher which is obscenely stupid
and then jesus christ m16s and mousewheel bound g3s and et cetera
also because every class has the option to carry extra explosives every spawn tends to start off with excessive grenade spam

It's still bereft of the annoying control-robbing and narrative pretensions of Treyarch's campaigns (BO1 being by far the best, but I can't stand to finish 2 and 3), so it's still a fun shooty-bang ride.
