It's 20 bucks for all of the vanilla content and bug/balance fixes and most of the Enemy Within content in a portable with actual buttons and a touchscreen, if you disable third person mode it's actually pretty fun.

Triple Deluxe has great bosses, but the level design's pretty ho-hum most of the time and the central gimmick can be neat the first time but is just a drag on replays or if you go back to a level because you missed a collectable.
Robobot in turn has weaker bosses, but the level design is much better and the central gimmick with the Robobot is actually pretty good.

The production value and presentation of it is much, much better.
Story-wise I can't really tell yet whether it'll be better than E17 since I'm not done with it yet. The best part about E17 was Coco's route after all. But regardless, Root A (start with that one) in Root Double is fantastic. Very well put together.
