It's fun to play for about 3 hours and then you have seen it all. Especially the UI seems pretty consolized, with double click not working to equip things and on top of it it looks like a Windows 10 meme.
I like the play of the game thing, although that's super arbitrary. The game is fun with strong teamplay, which you will only ever achieve with friends and the rest of it is just dogshit. Due to infinite ammo and healing being super strong, there is virtually no contest about pickups neither are they even required as you respawn faster instead of going for a medkit.
As it is right now, I wouldn't even pay $5 for it. It desperately needs a mode without respawns that empathizes tactical gameplay, instead of a bastion with 3 healers sitting on a point that can't be punished because of a 3 second respawn time. They also need to remove the massive amount of skin re-colours that they sell or make them free with the outfit they come.
Once you've explored every character and all the maps, there isn't anything to keep you playing aside from the expectance of the possible gratification of a loot box - only to end up getting the same retarded grafitti for another character because for some reason they're character bound and not account bound.

This isn't a deep tactical game, but if you want that you need to play with a premade group. Otherwise you're just going to play with casuals who pick the only classes they want to play as ruining the group set up.
Playing by myself in the closed beta felt terrible because everyone I played with just wanted to do their own thing. When just one of my friends got into the beta the game became instantly more fun. Now that 5 of my friends are playing it we are having a blast. Calling out class supers, moving as a group, group composition, are all stuff you take into consideration when you play.

Because you can actually get better at any other online FPS like CS. The skill ceiling in Overwatch is ridiculous low because of how the characters are balanced. You get high damage for low health, or low health with low damage for higher mobility. Of the origins edition? I dunno man, it's pretty much only cosmetic stuff for a few characters and other blizz games. I mean the skins and whatnot look really cool, but other than looking cool it doesn't affect it as a game. Plus you get skins and stuff just from playing anyways, and there's no cashshop, so I'd say that there's no good reason to spend money on clothes in a game.
