Why is no one talking about uncharted 4?

the game is not even out yet, and most threads are floded with dumb fucks saying "le movie" meme, I know the game will be good and im super exited for it, love this series, they are fun and entretaining, the gunplay could use a little work tough

I found Uncharted 1 terribly boring, 2 was fun, 3 was more of the same and I got bored, I don't think I'll be buying U4, in fact, I think I'll complete GTAV5 and The Witcher 3 and it's DlC, then quite gaming.
It's a third person shooter with chest high walls and regenerating health.
Nothing to really be interested about.

because it's boring. most of the appeal is the parts where you just walk around and listen to dialogue. the actual gameplay parts are the third person shooting segments but those are really mediocre.

Uncharted is like a Tomb Raider, only the thing about Tomb Raider is that Lara was the only draw to the game. Uncharted is Tomb Raider without the sexy part.

The set-pieces are legitimately good though, what other game lets you explore the himalaya or ancient indian ruins or south african temples or mystic places of asian folklore? That's literally the best part of the uncharted series. I'd love it to be more puzzle-based like the old Tomb raider games, but you gotta take what you can get. Haven't played a 3rd person shooter in a while so I'm not too bothered.

As I said, you gotta take what you can get. Of course it'd be amazing if the levels were more open but I appreciate the settings nonetheless. You guys just gotta be less cynical from time to time. I doubt UC4 is gonna be as good as UC2, but I'm still gonna enjoy it. Though I'm probably just gonna rent it for a weekend and maybe get it when it's cheaper.
