I know about Alan Wake and Deadly Premonition, but I can't think of any others.

Yes, it's technically east coast, but Silent Hill has a lot of similarities to Yacolt, Washington. Google map that place. It's tiny, and horrifying at night. Lots of cult activity and a bad meth problem in those woods. Look up the Yacolt Burn too.

Deadly Premonition maybe, but Alan Wake is more of a Stephen King love letter. Outside of the setting, it doesn't really have much in common with Twin Peaks.
