Single most boring character in the series. The memes are the only thing that are memorable about him.

Absolutely shit character.
He was built up to be some super deep medicine man with a tortured past by all the trailers, and then we get a wacky Ronald McDonald wannabee who only ever does anything in a few exposition dump tapes.
At least the mission to go get him was one of the few decently constructed sneaking areas in the game.
