Alpha 3 is the worst SF that still gets actively played
It has neutered priority on normals compared to A2 (particularly bad on anti airs), a combination of V-ism into crouch cancel infinites, starting rounds with full meter, V-ism reducing damage by 25%, and the guard crush mechanic which makes the whole game revolve around hitting someone or even making them just block a v combo (because guard crush) and then going into your crouch cancel infinite because the reward for everything else is garbage in comparison

Well for one balance isn't the only thing that makes a fighting game good. Two a lot of the higher rated games are more balanced than the lower rated games. GG XX AC +R is one of the most balanced fighting games ever mad. Third Strike and JoJo's are also two of the most unbalanced games on the list and they're near the bottom.
