"That level" for me in Banjo Tooie was Grunty Industries. I think when I first finished the game I only had 1 jiggie from there before I went back and got them all.

I was missing one jiggy in that level, and one in Cloud Cuckoo Land, and never found them despite tons and tons of hours wasted as a kid trying to 100%.
