you never know when any of your swings will actually hit anything, it's 90% luck. I'll swing exactly on a person and miss, but then completely whiff and hit the air and get a direct hit. This is every single fight. I have a 200/20 internet connection.

The empty estus flasks are slightly different shades of green, but at about 30 feet and to an untrained eye it is hard to catch
Softban them by teleporting to them and hitting them with a sword that gives them 1M souls and +20 to all stats each swing.

So why do invaders complain about invading people with 3 phantoms or hosts who hide and use seed of giants, but when they invade and you try to have a legitimate 1v1 (clear space, only heal if they heal ect) they just run once they start to lose and try to move the fight to somewhere with enemies?

my first playthrough of ds3 was shirtless caestus-only, and it was god fucking awful. You do garbage damage, obviously have garbage range, and the startup on the first punch is literally greatsword-tier. For some reason you pull it back like 5 feet behind you. On several occasions i have died because my fist has clanged off a random piece of environment behind me.
You can't stunlock players, because it counts each punch from your 1-2 duel wield combo as individual hits, so you're essentially doing half damage.
Enemies with infinite stamina become fucking nightmares, e.g. outrider knights, pontiff knights, you can get 1 rolling attack in every 4-5 combos, if you're lucky, and then probably won't have enough stamina to dodge their next attack.

SL 20 +2 obviously. Invasions are -10 and pretty much ever class will be SL10 after Gundyr except deprived. Build you can do whatever as long as it isn't magic (although pyro might work with Sacred Flame). Keep in mind at that SL you will be severely restricted by stat requirements unless you want to put zero points into vigor. The bonus stat rings will be a huge help
Can I get anything for defeating an invader? By having a specific covenant or something I mean.

Well, all of the areas are reasonably populated. The most common I would say are Irithyll (and the dungeon), Catacombs, Farron Keep, Road of Sacrifices, Lothric Castle and the Grand Archives. Of those, Farron Keep, RoS and Anor Londo/post-Pontiff Irithyll have an extra covenant invading. There are advantages to all the major areas
>Farron Keep lets you track hosts with poison and has a good number of nasty enemies (giant Ghrus, the feral Ghrus, Darkwraiths etc...)
>Road of Sacrifices is early enough to be filled with total shitters who get guardbroken every five seconds
>Irithyll enemies hit extremely hard and have long aggro range. The area itself is pretty linear so it's easy to find hosts
>Grand Archives has the mages/crystal sage that constantly assault the host, lots of nooks and crannies to hide in, and plenty of ledges to knock people off of
etc... not gonna go through all of them obviously. Personally I enjoy Farron Keep the most - it's open and has lots of enemies which gives the invader a lot of tools to play around with. Tracking hosts with the obscuring ring is fun and gives invasions a hide-and-seek, ambush style gameplay.
The wiki has a list of level ranges for each area. Generally you want to be at the higher end with one or two weapon upgrades below the maximum possible. So for Farron I would go with ~SL35 +4 weapon or something around there.
If you want to be a total dirty nigger you can invade Smoldering Lake and just smash people while they get pelted by the ballista and the giant worm thing.
