Dude GTA represents what games are all about. Just fuck around and mess the AI and laugh. The AI reactions are hysterical. GTA4 is about the little touches everywhere.

boy i remember losing myself in this game, it was the coolest thing i had played back then and rockstar's attention to detail just kept rewarding me the player for doing all kinds of shit. then that mission four leaf clover came along. boy did i replay that mission over and over again. its the only heist of the game and i dont know if its nostalgia but i think it was better than the heists in GTA V. on my third playthrough i started modding, whole new world, new face for niko, new clothes and new cars. that game was great. i wish i had played GTA V as much.
