I honestly think the company will move away from batman and move into multiple superhero territory, with minor batman gameplay. His gameplay has been fleshed out enough to start working on other heroes and they probably could have stopped 2 games ago. Arkham City didn't feel like a city and had the whole "island" bullshit going for it.
Rocksteady might be better off doing a justice league game where you go to different places, Metropolis, Central City, some other planet, plenty of options and just don't go for huge areas.
At least my thoughts anyway, all I know is Rocksteady had hired some multiplayer developers recently.

New Adventures had Mad Love though. Ultimate Thrill, Girls' Night Out, Over The Edge, Old Wounds, and Holiday Knights were all quality, even if the animation and designs took a hit.
And the reason TNBA and Superman were cancelled is on account of WB trying to reinvigorate Batman and to appeal to a younger demographic. They had no problems with viewership.

Batman Beyond 2.0 was basically the only decent Beyond comic we got. Still didn't much like the Barbara miscarriage backstory, Justice Lord universe shit, or Mark of the Phantasm. At least that last one killed off fucking JAKE CHILL. Whoever thought that character was a good idea (probably Beechen) should be shot.
